The Super Bowl is nigh and Super Bowl commercials (arguably the best part of the game) are trickling out on YouTube and other sites. One commercial you won't be seeing is a medical marijuana commercial produced by Acreage Holdings, a medical marijuana and cannabis investment firm.

CBS rejected the commercial outright, despite a $5 million offer to air, TMZ reports.

The commercial advocates for the federal legalization of marijuana, which is already legal in 30 states including California. The rejected advertisement uses the stories of three medical marijuana users to advocate for medical marijuana on a national level.
